Graduating out of
Waterloo University,
he was recruited by
Standard Life and
immediately made an
impact achieving
rookie of the year
honors and promoted
to the financial
planning division.
Looking for greater
exposure and
diversity, in 1988
he was yet again
recruited, this time
by the largest
automotive training
and consulting
company - Pat Ryan
and Associates. His
last position held
was at their head
office in Chicago,
now a young
executive - National
Sales Instructor.
His passion was
finance, sales
consulting and
training, his ideas
were innovative, and
in 1998 he started
his own company
I.T.S. Development
Group. Soon,
partnerships
delivered referrals,
and with it, James
began to truly
expand his
potential.
Seeing a vision to
create finance for
all possible
scenarios to help
people gain the
power of finance,
but NOT at the
expense of cost and
control of one’s own
money, in 2004 it
happened. Over the
next 5 years of
grueling
perseverance,
negotiation and key
partnering he has
developed a
revolutionary new
specialty finance
program from the
ground up.
Officially rolling
out the program in
2008 in the Home
Improvement
industry, and in a
few short months
going coast to
coast, he again was
approached, this
time by a National
bank. Within a short
time expansion began
in the Health
industry. Today,
expectations are to
provide this
specialty finance
program globally,
all managed by
James' companies of
"Strength Finance".
